April 20, 2006
Little Rock, AR

On April 11, the Arkansas Symphony closed its first season of chamber music at the Clinton Presidential Center to a standing ovation. The 2005-2006 season included 5 sold-out performances in the Great Hall, where audiences enjoyed works by artists such as Schubert, Glass, and Beethoven. Symphony Executive Director Bill Vickery called the first year “a great success.” “We believe the partnership with the Library has served the Arkansas Symphony and the Clinton Library very well indeed, and we are all looking forward to an expanded 2006-2007 season.”

Tickets for next year’s season are on sale now and can be purchased through the Arkansas Symphony’s website, www.arkansassymphony.org, or by calling (501) 666-1761.
