Naturalization Ceremonies

Naturalization Ceremonies

About 150 people became United States citizens during ceremonies on Friday, January 16, at the Clinton Presidential Center. The citizenship ceremony was attended by family and friends who packed the Center's Great Hall. The proceedings were officiated by U.S. District Judge William R. Wilson, Jr. and the new citizens were addressed by the Honorable Joyce Elliot, Arkansas State Senator. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the lobby of the Choctaw Building on the grounds of the Center. The Clinton Presidential Center is proud to be the host of four ceremonies in 2009, including one on May 8, and two on September 17, in celebration of Constitution Day.
